[CED/CD/EAT] CED Visioning Stakeholder Survey Collection

Happy Halloween - CEDs!

Our first round of survey collection is ready to launch, through emails!
Please find the following attached documents:

1)      The final Protocol Letter

2)      The excel spreadsheet “Stakeholder Survey Potential Respondent
Emails”

3)      The excel spreadsheet “County Census Designated Places” (to help
identify population pockets)

4)      The English survey (draft)
5)      The “CED Email Sample” with embedded web survey link

Please follow the Protocol Letter for instructions of survey
dissemination/collection (web-based first).  You can use the "CED Email
Sample" for your emails to user & non-user respondents.  Feel free to make
any changes (except the survey link).  Please be sure to keep track of the
emails that you send out to potential respondents, on the spreadsheet. If
you have any questions, feel free to contact me for clarification.  If I
don't have the answers,  I will try to find them.

Remember, the paper & pencil survey collection will begin in a couple weeks
and run through mid-January.  Thank you for your assistance with this
project!
