I'm forwarding an email from a local school teacher to inform you of an
opportunity to support an outreach event at a nearby elementary school. The
information on the event and relevant contacts are in the attached document.
If you're interested, please communicate directly with the organizer for
more information.  However, don't hesitate to let me know how the recruiting
and outreach committee can facilitate. We have, for example,  a few portable
and age-appropriate activities already developed for your use.

I have attached some info that should help. We can also talk on the phone
for specifics. In the past we have had faculty as well as grad students
participate. It is great community outreach. We are gone over rodeo so if

Hi Joni,

I'm the academic advisor in the School of Plant Sciences at the U of A  and
committee chair for outreach. I understand you have some interest in having
our faculty participate in your career fair. Can you tell me more about the
# of participants needed and the nature of the visit? Should they be short,
interactive presentations for K-5 aged children?
