On behalf of the Plant Sciences Recruiting and Outreach committee, I'm
forwarding information regarding opportunities for outreach at the upcoming
Festival of Books. If you would like to volunteer or if you have an exhibit
or a hands-on activity for plant science outreach, you may consider
participation in the festival of Book's Science City. More information can
be found below or at: http://tucsonfestivalofbooks.org/item/show/340403
Best,
Tanya

Hi Tanya,
This is another opportunity we could participate if there are enough
volunteers. I think CALS is also involved.
Thanks
Ravi

activities and exhibits, called the Tucson Festival of Books: Science City.
Multiple thematic tents and stages spanning the exciting world of science
and technology will engage visitors of all ages as they experience the
connection between their daily lives and advances of science in venues such
as the Brain & Body, Science of Food, Natural World, Space and Light, and
many others.
How can you be part of this exciting event? Volunteer! Be a part of bringing
the world of science to our community by volunteering in Science City at
