Good afternoon CALS Faculty; sending this on behalf of Matt Mars and the CALS Career Center.

Dear CALS Faculty Colleagues,

The CALS Career Center (CC) is excited to share with you two newly developed resources: a general Career Development Plan and a more specific Career Competency Development Plan. These tools, both of which are attached here, are designed to help students plan and track their development of the college-wide career competencies and thereby the entrepreneurial mindset that we aim to cultivate in every CALS graduate. Please consider posting it as a value-add resource on your D2L course sites and point students to them on the Career Center website (https://cals.arizona.edu/students/cals-career-center). I have posted the tools on my current course sites with early student feedback being positive.
