[CED/CD/EAT] Follow up: CED Virtual Spring Meeting

Hello County Extension Directors,

Thank you all for taking the time out of your busy schedules to meet with us yesterday. Thank you to Matt and Carolyne for facilitating while Ed worked through some technical issues.

As promised, I am including a copy of the Area Agent Assignment spreadsheet, the position description template, and a link to the CE Publication Procedures<https://uarizona.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ACEKB/pages/54657446/Cooperative+Extension+Publication+Procedure>. I will begin planning for the Fall In-person meeting soon and will send out a Doodle poll in the coming weeks to set a date.

I wanted to clarify the storage for County Faculty Review files, as there have been some questions on that. Dominic sent out an email a few weeks ago regarding the process. If you have not done so already, please forward the evaluation forms to me. We will re-evaluate this process for next year.

Please let me know if you have any questions or if you have any topics you would like to discuss at the next CED monthly Zoom meeting which will be held on June 9th.
