Carolyne,
Last time we received a University Release there was a stipulation regarding part time people and you advised us:
* Per HR, all employees across the state are eligible to take the four hours of University Release time, including student workers and part time employees, as long as they are regularly scheduled to work from 12:00 noon and 5:00 p.m. that day. Please share this in your unit.
Does this apply to this as well? le

Dear Faculty and Staff,
As we prepare to celebrate the Class of 2022, on Friday, May 13, we ask staff, faculty, graduate assistants/associates and student workers to work from home that day if possible. Our goal is a seamless transition from regular operations to the celebratory activities as we welcome soon-to-be graduates, families and supporters at convocations across the University and at Commencement in Arizona Stadium.
To help facilitate this request, the University is granting four hours of University release time (paid leave) for all employees after noon on Friday, May 13, whether working at a University location or from home.
Staff and faculty critical to our regular operations and the successful execution of Commencement will be expected to remain on campus for the entire workday. These employees will receive four hours of University release time to be used by May 29, 2022.
