Hi, Ed.  Thanks for the opportunity to present to the CED meeting.  Here are the slides, as requested.  I appreciated the brief discussion about the need to explicitly include the specialists and other units at the level of the counties.  I have annotated the slides to be sure that point is captured (and I noted that they were annotated, so as not to be seen as trying to change the facts on the ground around what I presented).
I could not tell, at all, how it was generally received, since I couldn't see anyone, or hear any asides.  I'd appreciate any additional feedback you have, based on what you were hearing and seeing (and what, you, yourself, thought).

I will forward you drafts of 2 emails for your feedback on the best way to distribute and message:

  1.  The advisory group invitation
  2.  The request for secondary data

I should have those to you by tomorrow.
