[CED/CD/EAT] FY19 Zero Based Budgeting Process

Hi, all:

Attached please find the Zero Based Budgeting (ZBB) forms and instructions for FY19.

Dr. Silvertooth has asked that we use this process as a yearly budgeting exercise.  There will be no budget cuts resulting from this ZBB process.

Business officers, please call with any questions you may have; we have made adjustments based on feedback from last year's process so there are some changes from FY18.

Due date for completed ZBB spreadsheets is May 16, 2018.  Please return your spreadsheets to AZCEBUS at email.arizona.edu.

Questions?  Concerns?  Outrageous complements?  Serious problems with the timeline? Please call!
