[CED/CD/EAT] Enhanced CALS Equity Review Process

Dear Leaders,

As mentioned by Dean Burgess at the CALS Employee Luncheon on May 1st, I have been conducting the 2018 CALS Equity Review for faculty pay.  The College business office began this annual review in 2014, and we have iteratively improved it.  This year's process has been improved to include your qualitative review as experienced unit leaders.  In the event that a faculty member from your unit is identified for further review, I will reach out to you to gather qualitative and contributing factors.  It is important to note that just because someone is identified does not mean that they have been paid inequitably.  There are numerous factors that impact the pay of an employee.  The quantitative statistical review is just an initial starting point.  Many of you will not hear from me, but for those who will, I ask for your help in generating information.
