[CED] focus group meetings

Hi all,
 
Darcy is in Guatamala until August 1, so I am emailing everyone on behalf of
the Visioning Committee. We have had some requests for letter formats for
inviting clientele to participate in the process. Therefore, I am attaching
a letter I used for Gila County as an invitation and a confirmation letter
with the agenda. I have also attached the handout that each participant
needs to receive (hopefully before your focus group meeting) and the
instructions for conducting the focus group meeting that was sent out
earlier from the Visioning Committee. Darcy sent out PowerPoints for both
the new and older Turning Point software on 6/11/2013. If you need one of
those PowerPoints sent out again, let us know. Also, if your county does not
have the Turning Point software and clickers, I will make arrangements to
loan you the equipment from Gila County as long as it does not interfere
with another program we are doing. 
 
We are hoping you can finish up your focus group meetings in August and send
us your reports by the first part of September. Please use the existing
report function in the Turning Point software to generate your report. We
need to take your content and develop a larger mail out state/county survey
that we hope to have finished and received back by the end of September. We
have a lot of things depending upon our stakeholder input, including new
hires, so please be timely. Please send your completed focus group reports
to Darcy Dixon ddixon at ag.arizona.edu .
 
Please note that the letters will need to be changed for your counties. You
will need to create a new and different Doodle Poll link. You will also need
to delete the reference to the video clip in the agenda unless you desire to
show that clip and get it from me. 
 
Patti, I assume Extension Admin is on the CED list. If not, please forward
this message to them.
