[CED] Stakeholder Process

CED's:

I sent these materials out to the Visioning Committee for 
comment/revision, but got only one minor comment.  So, since each 
county is going to be holding a Stakeholder Input Meeting in the near 
future, I thought you might like the materials that were created for 
that purpose.  This email contains the following:

    * Visioning Gila County prototype-Jim used this PPT within his 
office to test out the process and it is Turning Point's 2008-2011 
version (I have an older version)
    * UACE Goals-For Stakeholder Voting-ver 2008-2011 (this is the 
blank 2008-2011 version I used at the HODs-CEDs meeting...it includes 
the historical slides at the beginning, which you may or may not 
choose to use)
    * UACE Goals-For Stakeholder Voting-ver 2012 (the blank 2012 
version Jim used-you may need to get this from Jim as I'm not sure if 
this works, but check it out)
    * UACE Visioning Goals-CED-HODS Voting Data - from our May meeting
    * Securing Stakeholder Input Process - This explains the process 
for getting Stakeholder input in your county.
