[Agvisors] Trellis Advise Updates & Added Features

Hi All,

May 13 update regarding Trellis Advise.  They implemented a new feature, "Important"  See the PDF attachment.  This is live today in Trellis Case Details.  "Important" flagged entries will remain on top of case detail lists and have a separate box in the student's record in Trellis.
If you mark a case detail entry as important but want to remove it, we have until midnight to edit the entry, just like any other edit.

Another feature that is upcoming, is the "Referral" feature.  This is in Beta testing now.  If a referral to a campus resource is provided to the student, and we mark the case detail as such, a referral email will be sent to the student directly from Trellis but as the advisor as the sender.  Image examples are attached in the PDF.

The other PDF attached to this email is from a past update meeting on April 29 regarding Outlook integration that is forthcoming which will allow for appointments scheduled and availability blocks to be automatically added to Outlook calendar, removing the need for an email to the advisor for each, and removes the need for the appt to be added to the calendar manually.  I think both of these updates are fantastic!  Less emails the better.

There have also been improvements to the "home" tab in Trellis where we view our appts, so that the info provided is clearer for example, the start and end times being more clear at a glance from the "my appts" box to the right of the calendar.  I didn't get screen grabs of those changes, but we can see these right now on the "home" tab in Trellis.

These meetings are fast paced and I have to move quickly take screen grabs as they move along, I hope the images are visible enough to get the gist of the info within the PDFs attached.
