The CALS convocation ceremony is debuting on Facebook to encourage engagement, celebration, and sharing among all graduating students, families, supporters, and the CALS community!

5 Watch Tips

  1.  Participate through the public event (as opposed to a separate Facebook Watch Party) - this will ensure comments are viewable to everyone. The live comments and reactions are part of what makes the experience so engaging!
  2.  Set up a Zoom to watch with others (e.g. department, advisors, etc).
  3.  Post comments, congratulatory messages, and/or pictures when your students are being announced (Review the Show Lineup below to know the order. Diplomas are displayed alphabetical by last name.)
  4.  Designate at least one person to post your department's messages during the event.
  5.  Prepare a few posts in advance so that your content is ready to go.
