Good afternoon!

It was great to "see" everyone who was able to make it to the SME meeting on Friday. I have attached the PPT from Friday and a few quick follow ups:


  1.  Re: Nancy's request to see the data from the survey we embedded in student appointment confirmation emails - I am working on retrieving that data from Qualtrics with groups that own the data so I will follow up again once I have more info.
  2.  Re: Shery's request to have the "Zoom" option on the student side of Trellis have more explanation - I have created a backlog ticket for review with the team. (Ticket #5658)
  3.  Re: Danielle's report requests in the Zoom chat - I am checking in with Frances on the status of "Students who have not met with an advisor" report and will see if a "Drop-in Utilization" report can be created. I will be sure to include "By College" in the request.
  4.  Re: Shery's (and several others) request to have the "Comments" column width lock to a wider size by default on the Case Details tab - I have created a ticket for that one as well and will follow up at our next meeting on status. (Ticket #5659)

If there is anyone who was not able to make it Friday who has questions about an item on the slide deck, please let me know.
