Hey Everyone,
Remember that volunteer opportunity I mentioned at the meeting? More information is provided below…
Please respond as soon as possible to this email and let me know which dates you would be available to help with this. Please make sure that the dates you volunteer for really are ok for you because I will need to give them exact numbers of people helping.
This is a really great fundraising opportunity for our club so please volunteer if you have time!
