I would have to submit a request to the UA Procurement department for approval as soon as possible. We would calculate the man hours which is usually 3.5 hours on week day, and 4.5 hours on weekends. We also have several weekend events that may require an 8.0 hour shift. With five volunteers, 5 X 4.5 x $10 = $200 per shift. Everyone will be trained by qualified staff and be instructions prior to going out into field.
