Subject: seasonal job opp in Central Nevada

Good afternoon, Mitch, I hope the new year has found you well. I don't remember if I saw this job opportunity come across the U of A SRM mailing list, so pardon any duplication. This is a seasonal Wild Horse & Burro Technician position with my neighbors, the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest, Austin-Tonopah Ranger District.

Though I work for the BLM, I can tell you that I would love to see a technician helping either agency in this region because of the considerable interchange between the FS Wild Horse & Burro Territories and the BLM Herd Management Areas in Central Nevada. I hope there are some ecologically-minded range and wildlife students interested in spending the summer in the middle of nowhere (over 67 miles to the nearest grocery store) to help out with wild horse and burro management. Thanks for distributing this as you see fit and I hope life is good back in Tucson.

Take care,
--
