[Srm] Tierra Seca October 25th Meeting Minutes + Reminders

Hey All,

Big thanks to everyone who came to our meeting last night! The minutes are attached below.

A couple quick reminders:

- We have two meetings left this semester and each will have a guest speaker (please see the attached minutes for details)

- Nov 3rd: Elk/LD monitoring day ~ a reminder will be sent out next week

- Nov 4th: Club Activity Day ~ a reminder will be sent out next week

- We are going to try and have a draft of the conference criteria we discussed in the meeting done by the next URME meeting on Oct 31st.
