[Rangelands] Award Submitted

Dear Rangeland Partners,

 

Thanks to all of you helped with the NIFA award nomination. Please find
attached the document the Jeanne and I submitted on our behalf.

 

Of course it was impossible to tell our whole story in 2.5 pages. But,
I hope we hit the highlights. I again want to apologize for having to
settle on the idea that just 6 WRP members would be highlighted and
represent the whole group.  Sorry there was just no way to fully
recognize the many individual efforts that create the  Western Rangeland
Partnership.

 

If you have a spare moment and want to do one for the team... go to your
State Site, update it a little and change the "last updated" date to
July 2011.  That would sure help our chances if the reviewers look at
our site.

 

Thanks to everyone and a special thanks to Collin Kaltenbach for
submitting this nomination on our behalf. Go Team Go!
