Hello all,

A very belated thank you to all of you (and especially Karen and Jeanne) for
pulling together and submitting this important nomination.  If it is
successful, this could be very helpful to all of us as we apply for external
funds for projects related to Rangelands West and our state sites, and also
to continue to gain support at our respective institutions.   

 

I look forward to hearing the outcome!

Dear Rangeland Partners,

 

Thanks to all of you helped with the NIFA award nomination. Please find
attached the document the Jeanne and I submitted on our behalf.

 

Of course it was impossible to tell our whole story in 2.5 pages. But,  I
hope we hit the highlights. I again want to apologize for having to settle
on the idea that just 6 WRP members would be highlighted and represent the
whole group.  Sorry there was just no way to fully recognize the many
individual efforts that create the  Western Rangeland Partnership.

 

If you have a spare moment and want to do one for the team. go to your State
Site, update it a little and change the "last updated" date to July 2011.
That would sure help our chances if the reviewers look at our site.

 

Thanks to everyone and a special thanks to Collin Kaltenbach for submitting
this nomination on our behalf. Go Team Go!
