[Plsgs] PLS grad student club update

Hello SPLS grad students:

The first meeting of the PLS grad student club took place on Wednesday- it
was very fun and productive :). For those of you who are interested, I have
attached a summary of what we discussed, in addition to the executive board
election results. Here is some important information for all of you:

1. In order to ensure that all SPLS grad students have the opportunity to
participate in the club: all SPLS grad students are *automatically opted in
*to receive emails about club business/events. This does not mean you have
any additional responsibilities or have to attend any meetings or events!
Please let me know if you do NOT want to receive emails about the club.
2. In order to move forward with creating the club, we still need to come
up with a club name, approve the constitution, and set up a meeting time
for the Spring 2023 semester.

3. I have attached the newest version of the constitution to this email-
please let me know if you have any edits to make or if you have any general
thoughts on the constitution.

It would be amazing if everyone could fill out the form or let me know
their thoughts by *one week from today, March 10, 2023. *I will send
another update after reading your responses.
