The Graduate Center and the Graduate & Professional Student Council will be hosting a series of workshops on a variety of topics and skills to help students enhance their public speaking skills. From visual design to overcoming public speaking jitters, this series was created to prepare students for the professional world.

This professional development series is part of Grad Slam, although you do not need to be registered for Grad Slam to attend the workshops. Information sessions will also be held for those interested in learning about Grad Slam. Each session will provide a general overview of the competition, and give students the opportunity to have their questions answered by a Grad Slam team representative.

Workshops and information sessions are approximately one hour in length, unless otherwise noted. It is highly recommended that you RSVP, as space is limited.
