Spring 2015 Important Dates and Deadlines

***All dates below apply to both undergraduate and graduate students unless otherwise noted***
January 22, 2015 - Last day for students to use UAccess to add classes, change classes or change sections, and change to/from pass/fail grading.
January 23, 2015 - UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS ONLY - Begin $25.00 course late drop fee, assessed for each course dropped. For exceptions, see http://www.registrar.arizona.edu/regtrans/webreg.
January 23, 2015 - Instructor approval required on a Change of Schedule form to ADD or CHANGE classes.
January 23, 2015 - Registration from zero units requires a Change of Schedule form with Instructor and Dean's permission.
January 27, 2015 - Last day to receive a REFUND for a complete withdrawal or for any drop in units.
January 28, 2015 - UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS ONLY - Last day to drop without a W grade.
January 29, 2015 - UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS ONLY - Begin W grades for drops. Students may still drop classes on UAccess and without instructor permission through March 31st. A grade of W will be awarded.
January 29, 2015 - Begin Complete Withdrawal with online form. Students should be directed to https://www.registrar.arizona.edu/complete-withdrawal to withdraw completely from the university. A grade of WC will be awarded to each class dropped using this process.
February 4, 2015 - Last day to increase in units without the $250 Late Registration Fee.
February 5, 2015 - Begin $250 Late Registration Fee for an increase in units.
February 5, 2015 - Registration from zero units now requires additional documentation:
* Written personal statement from student explaining the reason for late registration
* Instructor and Dean's permission on a Change of Schedule form
* Pre-payment of tuition and fees
* Registrar's Office approval
February 10, 2015 - Last day to change from pass/fail to regular grade or vice versa with just instructor approval on a Change of Schedule form.
February 10, 2015 - UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS ONLY - Last day to file a Grade Replacement Opportunity (GRO); deadline is 11:59 PM MST.
February 10, 2015 - Last day for department users to enroll for the Spring 2015 term.
February 11, 2015 - Change of Schedule form with Instructor and Dean's permission is required to change from pass/fail to regular grade or vice versa.
NOTE: Students must present their Change of Schedule forms in person unless they are fully online students. Students with extenuating circumstances that prevent them from presenting their forms in person may contact 520-621-3113 for an exception. Fully online students may scan/email their forms to REG-Reghelp at email.arizona.edu<mailto:REG-Reghelp at email.arizona.edu> and provide necessary instructor and dean permissions by email.
