Happy Friday Everyone,
It is time to submit your summer supp comp forms for this year.  We have a new tool in Smartsheet to capture the information and hopefully streamline the process.  The form can be found at this link https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/3e49b3413ff14e80babd83b631a9f10d .

You will need to submit one form for yourself and one for each of your graduate students.  You will receive a confirmation email once the information is submitted and a second email for approval once your Finance & Operations Professional (FOP) has reviewed your accounts and verify the funds.  Once you approve the second email the information is automatically sent to the HR team for processing.  These forms will need to be submitted by April 25th in order to meet the HR deadline for processing.  They will be processed in the order in which they are received.

I will work with Betsy on Monday to find some time to offer open help hours via teams should you have questions or concerns regarding the form. Please feel free to contact the Business office if you have questions regarding your funding or to schedule time to meet with your FOP.
