<p class="MsoNormal">You will need to submit one form for yourself and one for each of your graduate students. You will receive a confirmation email once the information is submitted and a second email for approval once your Finance & Operations Professional
(FOP) has reviewed your accounts and verify the funds. Once you approve the second email the information is automatically sent to the HR team for processing. These forms will need to be submitted by April 25<sup>th</sup> in order to meet the HR deadline
for processing. They will be processed in the order in which they are received.
