  1.  (30 mins). The budget situation. Presentation and discussion.  Special guest: Janis Rutherford.


  1.  (10 mins). Whether to record faculty meetings from Zoom. Vote.
     *   Other meeting protocols.

                                                    i.     Who should attend? Faculty or all staff to be included? Discussion and vote.

                                                   ii.     How to put items on agenda. How minutes are recorded and stored.  Where school committee protocols are stored. Information.


  1.  (10 mins). State of the School: David Galbraith
     *   Introductions/congratulations.
     *   SPFI and extension search developments/progress.
     *   Business office issues.


  1.  (10 mins). Appointment of Hilary Mehl as a UFAD (Marc Orbach).  Discussion and vote.


  1.  (10 mins). Position Descriptions/Effort Redistribution status/Accountability. David Galbraith.
