Good afternoon,



The start of the new school year is just around the corner, and I wanted to give a gentle reminder of the key issuing requirements of the Key Desk. Please ensure that all key recipients are made aware of these requirements:

  *   The Key Desk is now located on the second floor of the Facilities Management Building, 1405 N Ring Rd

     *   Limited visitor parking is available on the south side of the building
     *   The nearest Cat Tran stop is AHSL/Innovation - the Key Desk is 2 blocks west of the stop

  *   Key Desk is operating an appointment only service

     *   Key Desk bookings calendar: https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/KeyDesk@emailarizona.onmicrosoft.com/bookings/
     *   To ensure the Key Desk can accommodate requests from the 300 UA departments, Key Desk appointment times must be strictly adhered to. If a key recipient does not arrive within 10 minutes of the start of their appointment time the appointment will, unfortunately, be cancelled and they will have to book a new appointment.

  *   Items to bring to appointment:

     *   Physical Cat Card

        *   Copy of other person's Cat Card, if picking up for someone else - only standard keys may be picked up for someone else
        *   Net ID and password - the key request form will require a digital signature, during the appointment, to confirm receipt of the physical key(s)
