[Plsfaculty] Annual Review Meetings

Hello All,

 

At the beginning of next week, you will be contacted by Gabe Rodriguez to
schedule your appointment to meet with Ken for your annual review.  As in
the past, the reviews will be scheduled during the months of March and April
during a pre-determined time each day.   The schedule can be flexible based
on the needs of the faculty.   Gabe will ask if you would like to meet with
Ken or Ken and Dennis.

 

Once, you have set a date and time with Gabe, he will send you an email
confirmation of the scheduled meeting along with a the Peer Review Committee
summary statement (PDF) of your APROL and a blank Performance Evaluation
Review form (MS Word) for which you are to complete the self evaluation.
In the email, Gabe will ask you to return the completed form to him in a
sealed envelope three (3) days prior to your meeting with Ken.   Gabe will
not open these envelopes but will put them in your file for Ken's review.
The files are kept in a locked and secured file cabinet in a private office.


 

In the meantime, three days before your meeting with Ken, Ken will send you
a draft of the Performance Evaluation Review form that he will complete
based on his review of your APROL.   This will be sent by email to the
faculty only - no Administrative staff member will view this document.

 

I will work with Joy and Gabe to ensure this process goes smoothly, and
please be assured that Gabe and Joy have read and have knowledge of all of
the appropriate procedures and policies regarding the Annual Review Meetings
and processes..
