[Plantsci] UAccess Employee time changes

Hello All:

This weekend payroll is due. I know you all have received emails indicating that UAccess Employee has changed with training resources to help with the modifications. UAccess Employee's look has changed, the functionality is the same. Here are some resources to help you enter your time and approve time if you are a time approver:


  1.  Payroll Training video tutorials through FSO: https://www.fso.arizona.edu/training/payroll
  2.  Technical problems with UAccess: contact the 24/7 IT Support Center at (520) 626-TECH (8324)
  3.  Attached help document on entering time for Non-Exempt employees = Hourly employees
  4.  Attached help document on entering time for Exempt employees = Salary employees
     *   Exempt employees need to enter 1.0 PAW on one day of the whole pay period. The system will not automatically put 1.0 in for you, and you do not need to do it for both weeks, just one day of the pay period.
     *   PAW does not affect whether you will be paid or not, it is entirely a requirement from CALS. If you forget to put PAW in, you will still be paid. PAW time is not approved.
  5.  Attached help document on time approving for all time approvers

Feel free to share this email and print out the attachments. Please give yourself time to enter and approve time. The look has changed, there are some new tiles, and extra steps involved. The training manuals attached should get you through the basics. If you are having issues please contact your supervisor, for time approvers please contact the Business Office.
