[Plantsci] Junk email problems

Dear UAConnect365 Account Holder,

A recent issue caused some emails to faculty/staff email accounts from outside the university to incorrectly be routed to Junk mail folders. University Information Technology Services has implemented a solution to resolve this issue.

Please check your Junk folder for any legitimate emails that may have been routed there before the solution was implemented on 3/15/18 at 6:00 p.m. When you mark an email as Not Junk, you may see that it has a header that says it is from a fraudulent source. This is tied to the issue that has been resolved, and you can ignore that message if you know the sender.

If you choose, you can manage email you want to receive or block email you don't want to receive by logging in to Office 365 online (uaconnect.arizona.edu).

  *   Click on Outlook.
  *   Go to the gear icon on the upper right and go down to Mail under Your app settings > Office 365.
  *   In the left menu, click on Block or allow under Accounts.
  *   You can add email addresses of senders you do not want to go to Junk, and add email addresses of senders that should go to Junk.
  *   Click Save on the upper left when finished.
