<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">A recent issue caused some emails to faculty/staff email accounts from outside the university to incorrectly be routed to Junk mail folders. University Information Technology Services has implemented a solution
to resolve this issue. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"> <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Please check your Junk folder for any legitimate emails that may have been routed there before the solution was implemented on 3/15/18 at 6:00 p.m. When you mark an email as Not Junk, you may see that it has
a header that says it is from a fraudulent source. This is tied to the issue that has been resolved, and you can ignore that message if you know the sender.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">If you choose, you can manage email you want to receive or block email you don’t want to receive by logging in to Office 365 online (<b>uaconnect.arizona.edu</b>).

<b>Outlook</b>. <o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Go to the gear icon on the upper right and go down to
<b>Mail</b> under <b>Your app settings</b> > <b>Office 365.</b><o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">In the left menu, click on
<b>Block or allow</b> under <b>Accounts</b>.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">You can add email addresses of senders you do not want to go to Junk, and add email addresses of senders that should go to Junk.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Click
