[Plantsci] Deadline for Next Week's Payroll Timesheets

Hello All,

 

Due to the end of the fiscal year and the July 4th Holiday, there will be a
shorten payroll timesheet processing time.  Please send this message to
everyone in your laboratories including your Undergraduate Student Workers.

 

.         Timesheets need to be fully completed and submitted for the time
period of June 25, 2012 to July 8, 2012 - no later than Noon on Tuesday July
3, 2012.

 

 

.         Approvers will receive they spreadsheets by 5 p.m. on Tuesday July
3, 2012.  Your approval response is need by Noon On July 5, 2012.  Two
important items for approvers, if you are not available to approve the
timesheets due to your away schedule, please let the Admin staff know as
soon as possible who will be your alternate approver.   Also, when send your
approval for this payroll, please reply to all on the email, due to the
holiday and year-end processing, the entire Admin Staff will be approving
everyone else's payroll if needed.
