To Forbes Building occupants:

        Amer-X will be arming the alarm system on Forbes at 9 pm and
disarming it at 6am during weekdays, and for the entire weekend. What this
means is you will not be able to use your key to enter the building after
9pm. Also this means DO NOT prop open entrance doors as some of you do on
the west lobby with a rug, as this will set off an alarm and the UAPD will
be here checking it out. You should by now have registered your CATCard
number and PIN with Donna Rae in Plant Sciences, Jennifer in Dean's office
or myself in Entomology to have all the information given to AMER-X. You can
come and go using the card system and no alarm problems. Come see one of us
if you haven't done so.

Remember alarms are being set and tested. Be smart, use your card and don't
prop doors open. This is being done for your safety and security here on
campus.
