[IYRPsupportgroup] IRC/IGC Joint Congress paper from MENA Region

Dear All

Please find attached the paper of the MENA region being submitted to the
IRC/IGC Joint Congress. We look forward to having this paper being the
background document for developing the IYRP Action Plan for that region
during the Joint Congress in October 2021.  Many thanks to Nahid, Hossein,
