[Faculty] A Few Reminders/Heads Up on the Upcoming Annual Review Season

Good afternoon, everyone - though it may be a bit early to be thinking TOO hard about annual reviews, I have some information from the Vice Provost's office that may be of help to you in getting started.


  *   I have attached the recommended CV template. Many of you are already using this and, as a reminder, if you are going to be drafting a promotion dossier anytime soon, this is the template that is needed for that dossier - so using this will save you time in the future.
  *   As you assemble the CV, please add "Spring 2024 to Winter 2024" in the header. This will help to avoid any confusion for the peer review and unit head review - they will know exactly which CV to look for.
  *   As in past years, all reviews will be conducted via Faculty Portfolio<https://facultyportfolio.arizona.edu/>. If you have not used FP in the past, please log in to make certain you have access.
  *   The Faculty Portfolio site is not that difficult to navigate but can be a bit daunting if you haven't used it much. There are multiple training videos available - for new and continuing faculty! - links can be found here<https://facultyportfolio.arizona.edu/resources-and-training/faculty-admin-resources>.
