[Faculty] Upcoming Training - Faculty Portfolio for Annual Review

Good afternoon, CALES Faculty,

We are entering into Annual Review season. PLEASE read the following email carefully.

On December 17 from 2-3 PM, UofA Faculty Affairs will be sponsoring a training on the use of Faculty Portfolio to document your 2024 activities. Andrea Romero, the Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs, will attend the meeting to address any questions related to annual review. A registration link will be available by the end of this week and I will make sure you have it - in the meantime, please note the time/date on your calendars. This training will be especially valuable to newer faculty who are going through this for the first or second time.

Also - your final courseload for fall 2024 will be loaded into your Faculty Portfolio input forms by December 12. Please go into Faculty Portfolio to check the accuracy of the information. If you notice any discrepancies:

  *   First, check your instructional load on UAcess (UAccess --> Instructor Center) - make sure that you are looking at the Fall 2024 term.
  *   If there are errors in UAccess, go to your Unit Coordinator (the front office departmental representative who manages Curriculum) and work with them to correct this
  *   If the UAccess numbers are correct, BUT your Faculty Portfolio data is incorrect, please contact the UAVitae Help Desk (uav-support at list.arizona.edu<mailto:uav-support at list.arizona.edu>) and they will work with you to correct the data.
