Good morning everyone,
I have been receiving emails from faculty stating that the information in Grad Path has not been pulled into UA Vitae - and thus, lists of graduate students mentored are incomplete. My advice has been to include this information on the CV.
However, I received an email this morning from the UA Vitae team that said that if your Grad Path information is incomplete, that there is a problem. I was not aware that UA Vitae would pull the current information in, but it does - as long as the Grad Path information is entered and has gone through all approvals (it is updated monthly).
Thus, if you have students who are not appearing in your UA Vitae database, there is an issue in Grad Path. Please check the Grad Path information - it is likely that all of the necessary approvals have not been submitted. In the meantime, do not fret if you've already submitted your UA Vitae - if you have listed the graduate students on your CV, that will suffice.
Thank you,
Jeannie
