<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">I have been receiving emails from faculty stating that the information in Grad Path has not been pulled into UA Vitae – and thus, lists of graduate students mentored are incomplete. My advice has been to include
this information on the CV.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">However, I received an email this morning from the UA Vitae team that said that if your Grad Path information is incomplete, that there is a problem. I was not aware that UA Vitae would pull the current information
in, but it does – as long as the Grad Path information is entered and has gone through all approvals (it is updated monthly).<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Thus, <b>if you have students who are not appearing in your UA Vitae database, there is an issue in Grad Path</b>. Please check the Grad Path information – it is likely that all of the necessary approvals
have not been submitted. In the meantime, do not fret if you’ve already submitted your UA Vitae – if you have listed the graduate students on your CV, that will suffice.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
