[Faculty] 2022 Workplace/Workforce Climate Report for Southern Arizona

Dear CALES Colleagues,

The CALES Office of Career and Academic Services (CAS), and in particular the Pasquinelli Career Center team, is pleased to share the 2022 Workplace/Workforce Climate Report. The report was recently released by the Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (THCC) in partnership with the Pasquinelli Center. It contains robust data on the factors and conditions that most influence positive and productive work environments across the Southern Arizona region following the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Data were collected from a diverse range of current and prospective employees in multiple industries and sectors throughout Southern Arizona. We encourage you to review and share the report via the following link:

Faculty and staff will gain insights into how students are likely thinking about the world of work, while students will gain perspective on how their professional demands, needs, and values compare to others as they prepare to enter (or re-enter) the competitive world of work.

We would like to thank Amanda Bogden, Career and Internship Coordinator in the Pasquinelli Center, for the leadership and expertise she invested in this project. Indeed, the collaboration between the Pasquinelli Center and the THCC demonstrates the power of College engagement with local and regional communities.
