Pesticide Applicator Precertification Workshops ~ Input and Ideas Questionnaire

The University of Arizona, Pesticide Safety Education Program is interested in your input and ideas for the 2026-2027 Pesticide Applicator Precertification Core Workshops.  Will you please take a moment to answer 9 questions about workshop scheduling, training sites, and promotion? Thank you.

You are welcome to respond to the questions yourself or on behalf of others, such as employees, coworkers, or family members.

There are several ways to provide input. You can


  *   Answer the 9 questions through a Google Forms document I created online. The link is https://forms.gle/99abyj9Bq8SaCiww5
  *   Complete the fillable pdf version of the questionnaire attached to this message and send it back to me by email or ground mail.
  *   Simply reply to this email or call me to share your ideas, even if you have an answer to only one of the questions. Any input is good input.
