Dear Directors,

During my annual review, Claire Zucker shared the attached communication plan she developed for Pima County. When I was at Maricopa County, I worked to communicate with everyone in the office through scheduled meetings and walked the halls to check in when faculty and staff were available.

Claire has put her thoughts down on paper and agreed to share them with all of you. I think it is a great guide, and CEDs, and even myself, as state director, can use this to ensure we are keeping the communication lines open with everyone in the office.
