[CED/CD/EAT] CED Guidance Document

Good morning all,
Please find the CED guidance document attached to this email.  The idea is that this document should give CEDs a quick overview of their responsibilities and their role outside of the programmatic duties they may have.  The guidance is not intended to be prescriptive, but rather to give a broad view of their job with each section having a Tools paragraph that contains some direction on processes or resources that can help them achieve the task.  I took most of the links out of the guidance document because it had gotten quite cluttered and compiled them into an accompanying 'Tools and Resources' document that can be revised over time.  I am still working on the Tools and Resources doc, and thought that we could go over it together at our meeting tomorrow.

Please take a moment to read through the CED guidance and I welcome your feedback tomorrow or at any time.
