[CED/CD/EAT] Continuing Status & Promotion Workshop

Committee Members, County Extension Directors, and Administrators,

Attached is the DRAFT agenda for the upcoming Continuing Status and Promotion workshop.  It will be held on Thursday, May 9th and Friday, May 10th at the Maricopa Ag Center. This email is to invite you to attend if you want/need to learn about the process and to ensure that those on the continuing appointment track are supported/encouraged/pushed to attend.

We are still working out a few details regarding the registration process (virtual segments or not, and group hotel block or not) but we wanted to make sure that each CED and administrator has the basic information and that each CED would encourage those within their county to attend.

Please feel free to print the draft agenda and share with those who will benefit.  I think the link is good (thanks Ashley) but I need input on the benefit or value of potentially having some or none of it virtual.  Also, if we do a block of room then we need those that will attend to register by April 8 - which is just around the corner.

Dominic sent me a list of those submitting their 3 year packet, those going for continuing appointment & promotion, and those eligible for full - and I will be sending them an invitation and agenda later this week.

Previously I asked Kelly to submit a 'save the date' in Tuesday Extension Notes and I know she forwarded it to someone but I don't remember who is was at this point.  Would someone give me a name that I can send a note that will appear in TEN or want to forward the date, time, location and purpose of this CS&P workshop for TEN?
