Academic Unit Heads, CEDs, and AES Leaders,

The attached came from the Threat Assessment Management Team (TAMT) to train campus on how to respond to workplace aggressive behavior or violence and take steps to de-escalate.  Highly encourage you review and discuss/practice in your teams.  I especially found slide 13 useful with specific ways to respond and de-escalate.  Please share within your units.

Today, we had a number of you attend the Threat Assessment Management Training that is led by Jessie Semmann – Director of Threat Assessment and Management from the Office of Public Safety.
