Hi all,
I have attached the letter to our advisory board that you can use as a template. Numbers on cases are changing hourly so check out the site at the bottom of the first paragraph. I also wanted to make sure that we had contact information in one place and we created a phone tree…much like we had in the military, with contact information and who each person calls if necessary. For clarification on the slides. There are a couple of slides with duplicate information. I shared this with my staff to show that we are getting the same message from leadership. The other question I received about the slides was on leave verbiage. The wording was taken directly from the UArizona  HR site regarding COVID-19 at this site https://hr.arizona.edu/guidance-reporting-time You will need to enter your university password to get in to this section. If this link doesn't work-on the front page of the University click on the COVID-19 link. It will take you to a page with various topics you can link on. Scroll down to Faculty and Staff. Click on the link https://hr.arizona.edu/guidance-reporting-time  that is where you will find the time reporting. Stay safe. Evelyn
