I received this message below from Jean  Mclain. Please forward this to your agents who are submitting a dossier packet.

As you're probably aware, approximately two weeks ago the Vice Provost announced that a new section will be added to promotion dossiers this year - a section that will allow candidates to convey how COVID-19 disrupted their activities in teaching, research, service, and/or Extension.

With the due date of dossiers imminent, I reached out to the Vice Provost today to ask when the template and guidance for the new section will be made available.

Dr. Romero does not know when it will be posted. If you have a due date for your dossier looming, please submit the dossier without the COVID-19 statement. When the new section is posted, you will be able to submit the statement to your departmental office to update your dossier later this summer.
