Hi, WEDA friends!
Do you have any talented and engaging employees that could come to Guam - just one - and put on a workshop to teach how to have an effective meeting, how to actually use Roberts Rules correctly, and also how to behave in meetings so that things get accomplished.  I am not thinking a facilitation workshop, these skills are different, and we would need some role playing to illustrate best practices. I want to have a 1-2 day workshop for organizations on Guam that really need some help in doing meetings right. Maybe it would have to be 2, 1-2 day workshops if the class got too big.   Any contacts?
