Good morning, everyone:

I have been asked to provide some clarification regarding the 4-H Youth Foundation.

The 4-H Foundation is an entity separate of the Cooperative Extension system but is intended to be supportive of Extension 4-H programs.  The county offices and local 4-H clubs have no mandatory financial obligation to the 4-H Youth Foundation.
