[CED] agenda items for CED call next week

If you have agenda items for the CED call next Tuesday, please forward them
to me by this Friday at noon.

Attached are my notes from the CED meeting the morning of Nov. 8th. If you
seen anything I left off, or that is incorrect, please let me know and I
will make changes and re-send to everyone.
