Dear 3 & 6 year Continuing Status & Promotion candidates, Promotion 
only candidates, and CED's:

The Provost has updated some of the information on the faculty status 
site

please read it thoroughly. On this site are the divider sheets that 
you will use for your dossier.

Attached is a word document for section 2 that will provide more 
space for adding your Extension workload statement, as well as a form 
to list your collaborators and a sample of the letter we had approved 
last year for outside reviewers.

The faculty status committee has drafted a document that is attached 
to provide some additional guidance on completing section 8. (This 
includes our old section 7)

Also included is a copy of the general recommendations that were 
provided after the Annual CV reviews conducted this year.

Hopefully these additional pieces of information will be helpful in 
developing your dossiers.
